PMmate- Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”/ “Terms of Service”) along with Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions (as agreed upon under Order from) binds the customer and PMmate into an agreement , whereby PMmate will provide the services to the customers.

In this Terms of Services "we", "our" and "us" refers to the Company and "you", "your" and/or “Users” refers to the customers/clients of PMmate.

Please read these Terms of Services carefully. By accessing the Website, and utilizing  the Services  you indicate, agree and acknowledge that you understand, agree and consent to this Terms of Services, our Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions (“Agreement”), and to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Terms of Services.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at support@pmmate.com so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and customer who wish to access or use Service.

Services
The company will provide bookkeeping consulting services to the customers and/or  marketing website creation and maintenance for the customers.

The company is not in exclusive contract to provide the service only to one customer and deny similar services to other customers even if the other customer is a direct/potential competitor to existing customer.

In case of any dispute the terms of service along with the order from will govern help to resolve the dispute.
 

Fees , Charges and Refund

The company will provide the service offered and agreed upon on payment of fee as per the order from. Any additional service that is offered to the customer by the company will be provided by issuing a new order from to the customer by the company.

The service will commence on payment of retainer amount by the customer.

The company is not liable to pay any refund after full service is availed by the customer even if the customer is not satisfied with the quality of work.
In case the customer has paid the retainer fee and does not want to proceed with the services offered, half of the retainer fee will be refunded provided the customer informs about service termination within 7days after paying the retainer amount.
